At Carleton Equipment of Michigan, we stand behind the quality of our machinery and parts. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Verify Eligibility

Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition with all packaging and manuals intact; specialized or custom-ordered equipment may be subject to restocking fees.

Request Authorization

Contact our service department or log into your account to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.

Package and Ship

Securely pack your items, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box, and ship the package to our Michigan distribution center using a trackable carrier.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment for quality compliance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
